Case Notes
This is an upper lid blepharoplasty case for a patient in her early fifties. The procedure addressed excess skin along both upper eyelids. In the before photo, you can see skin sitting heavily across the lid margin on each side. Six months after surgery, the after photo shows the upper lids with noticeably more visible lid space and a cleaner lid crease on both sides. The incision is placed within the natural crease, so any residual scar line sits out of view when the eyes are open. At the six-month mark, the tissues have had time to settle fully. If you're considering upper lid surgery, this case gives you a realistic sense of what the healing timeline looks like. Individual results vary.
