Case Notes
This is an upper lid blepharoplasty case for a woman in her mid-sixties. The procedure addressed excess upper eyelid skin on both sides, and the after photo is taken at six months post-op. You can see in the before image that the upper lid skin sits heavily over the lid margin on both eyes. At six months, the upper lids show a cleaner lid crease with the skin no longer resting on the lash line. The incision is placed within the natural lid fold, where it becomes difficult to detect once healed. If you're considering upper lid surgery and want to understand what the recovery and six-month outcome can look like, this case gives you a factual reference point.
