Case Notes
This is an upper lid blepharoplasty case for a patient in her fifties. The procedure addressed excess skin along the upper eyelids, and the after photo, taken at six months post-op, shows the lids sitting cleanly above the eye with the crease visible and unobstructed. In the before photo, the upper lid skin rests lower, partially covering the lid margin on both sides. At six months, the upper lid contour is clearer, and the lash line is more exposed across both eyes. Healing at this stage is well along, so what you're seeing is close to a settled, long-term result. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent.
