This is an upper blepharoplasty case for a woman in her mid-sixties. The before photo shows heavy skin sitting across both upper lids, with the excess tissue resting close to the lash line on each side. Upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove that redundant skin. The after photo, taken at six months post-op, shows the upper lids with the excess tissue gone and the lid platform visible above the lashes on both sides. The crease sits cleanly, and the lash line is no longer obscured. What you're looking at here is a straightforward excision with a well-healed result at the six-month mark.
