Case Notes
Upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed on this patient in her fifties, addressing excess skin along both upper lids. The procedure targets the upper lid only, removing redundant skin through an incision placed within the natural lid crease so that any resulting scar sits out of view when the eyes are open. Planning focused on how much tissue to remove while keeping the brow position and overall lid architecture intact. At six months post-op, the upper lids appear cleaner and the lid crease is visible and unobstructed. If you're considering this procedure, the after photo here represents one patient's outcome at the six-month mark.
