This 70-year-old female patient underwent a facelift using the SMAS technique. The before-and-after images, taken three months apart, illustrate notable changes. Pre-operatively, there was visible sagging in the midface and jawline areas. Post-operatively, there is an observable elevation and tightening of these regions. The jawline appears more defined, and the nasolabial folds are less pronounced. Additionally, the overall facial contour shows improved smoothness and structure. These changes reflect the technical application of the SMAS facelift procedure.
