This case involves a 47-year-old male patient who underwent lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty. The procedure focused on addressing the lower eyelid area. In the pre-operative images, noticeable puffiness and under-eye bags are evident, which can be attributed to fat deposits commonly associated with aging. Six months post-operation, the after photos demonstrate a reduction in these concerns, revealing a smoother transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek area. The surgical approach utilized an incision inside the lower eyelid, minimizing visible scarring. This technique specifically targeted excess fat without altering skin structure, resulting in a more refined contour of the lower eyelids as observed in the post-operative images.
