The patient, a 52-year-old female, underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty. The before image shows noticeable excess skin on the upper eyelids. Six months post-operation, the after image reveals a reduction in upper eyelid skin redundancy. The surgical technique focused on removing surplus tissue to enhance the natural contour of the eyelid area. This approach aimed to address functional concerns related to vision obstruction while maintaining aesthetic considerations.
