Case Notes
This is a breast reduction case for a 47-year-old woman, performed using the anchor technique. You can see the surgical markings drawn on the before photo, which show how the incision pattern was planned before the procedure began. The anchor technique uses three incision lines: around the areola, vertically down to the breast fold, and horizontally along the fold itself. That pattern allows for significant tissue removal along with repositioning of the nipple-areola complex. The after photo is taken at six months post-op, when scar maturation is well underway. The anchor scars are visible and continuing to fade. Tap the heart ❤️ to keep this one on your shortlist for consultation.
