Case Notes
This is an upper lid blepharoplasty case for a 36-year-old woman. In the before photo, you can see excess skin sitting along the upper lids, with the skin resting closer to the lash line on both sides. The procedure addressed that upper lid skin through excision, and the after photo, taken six months post-op, shows the lids sitting clear of the lash line with the incision lines no longer visible at this stage of healing. Upper lid blepharoplasty at this age is planned with the long-term lid position in mind, not just the immediate post-op appearance. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent.
