This is an upper lid blepharoplasty case performed on a Hispanic woman in her mid-forties. The procedure addressed excess skin along the upper eyelids. In the after photo, you can see that the upper lid contour is cleaner, with the eyelid crease more visible and the lash line less obscured than in the before photo. Upper lid blepharoplasty is planned around each patient's lid anatomy, with incisions placed within the natural crease so that any resulting scar sits out of sight when the eye is open. The before and after photos here are both taken straight-on under consistent lighting, which lets you make a direct comparison across the two images.
