Case Notes
Upper blepharoplasty performed on a 47-year-old male, addressing excess skin along both upper lids. The after photo is taken at the six-month mark, and you can see the lid contour with the excess tissue removed. The crease sits cleanly above each eye, and the lids open without the skin folding forward over the lash line as it does in the before photo. Upper blepharoplasty in male patients requires attention to how much skin is removed, since the male upper lid crease sits lower than in female anatomy and over-resection changes the look significantly. The six-month timeframe means any post-surgical swelling has fully resolved. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent.
