Case Notes
This is an upper lid blepharoplasty case for a woman in her mid-seventies. The procedure addressed excess skin along the upper eyelids, and the after photo is taken at the six-month mark. In the before image, you can see skin sitting along the upper lid margin. Six months post-op, the upper lids appear cleaner in contour, with the lid crease visible and the lash line unobstructed. Upper lid blepharoplasty is performed through an incision placed within the natural lid fold, which keeps the resulting scar within that crease. Healing at six months is well advanced, so what you're seeing here reflects a settled, long-term result rather than an early post-operative state. Shown with the patient's written consent.
