This 51-year-old female patient underwent a breast reduction and breast lift procedure using the anchor technique, without implants. The preoperative image displays significant breast ptosis and volume. Six months postoperatively, the after image reveals a notable reduction in breast size and improved positioning. The nipple-areolar complexes have been elevated to a more central and symmetrical position. The surgical scars are visible but expected, following the natural contours of the breast. The overall breast shape appears more compact and lifted. These observations highlight the structural changes achieved through the procedure, reflecting the technical aspects of the surgical approach utilized.
