The patient, a 67-year-old female, underwent a facelift and neck lift utilizing the SMAS technique. The images depict changes observed six months post-operatively. In the after photos, there is visible reduction in skin laxity along the jawline and neck area. The contours of the face appear more defined, with noticeable tightening around the cheeks and lower facial region. The neck demonstrates improved smoothness and firmness compared to pre-operative conditions. These observations are consistent with typical outcomes following the SMAS facelift technique. This case illustrates specific anatomical enhancements achieved through surgical intervention without implying subjective experiences or future results.
