The patient, a 49-year-old female, underwent eyelid surgery. The before image shows noticeable upper eyelid skin redundancy. Six months post-operation, the after image reveals a reduction in excess skin on the upper eyelids. The surgical intervention appears to have refined the contour of the eyelids, contributing to a more open appearance of the eyes. There is also an observable decrease in puffiness around the lower eyelids. These changes are consistent with typical outcomes following blepharoplasty procedures, where excess tissue is removed or repositioned to achieve desired anatomical adjustments. This case illustrates potential results at six months following eyelid surgery for this patient demographic.
