The patient, an 80-year-old female, underwent eyelid surgery to address age-related changes. Pre-operative images show significant excess skin and puffiness around both the upper and lower eyelids. Six months post-operatively, the after images indicate a reduction in these features. The contour of the eyelids appears altered, with less visible sagging and a smoother skin texture observed in the treated areas. These visual differences highlight modifications achieved through surgical intervention over the specified timeframe. This case illustrates an example of addressing age-related eyelid concerns within this patient demographic through surgical means.
